Join us this year for European Day of Parks as we celebrate the essential role that protected areas play in shaping environmental and space protection policies, while fostering sustainable and resilient communities.

This year also marks the 25th anniversary of the Nature Park “Žumberak-Samoborsko gorje,” officially established on May 28, 1999.

We invite everyone to celebrate these significant days with us on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Open Day in the Eco Center in Budinjak.

Enjoy a free guided tour of the education trail – Trail of princes, that talks about rich historical and archeological nature of the area, engage with our activities, ask questions, and get to know more about our work.
