DE CAMINO A LA CASCADA DEL IBÓN
Con motivo del Día Europeo de los Parques 2024, la Red Natural de Aragón organiza diversos recorridos guiados para descubrir la fascinante naturaleza que albergan estas áreas protegidas. Desde el Centro de Interpretación de San Juan de Plan nos proponen un recorrido para conocer parte del Parque Natural Posets Maladeta. El recorrido, dirigido por un educador/a ambiental, parte desde la localidad de Plan hasta el desvío de la Cascada del Ibón.
A lo largo del recorrido se realizará una interpretación medioambiental del mismo, abordando los aspectos más importantes y relevantes que se pueden encontrar en esta zona: modelado glaciar y fluvial, singularidades geológicas del Plano de Chesta, origen y amenazas de los ibones, bosques mixtos y ecosistemas de ribera o aves presentes en los distintos ecosistemas. Además, conoceremos el origen del Parque Natural y sus principales características.

On the occasion of the European Day of Parks 2024, the Natural Network of Aragon organises several guided tours to discover the fascinating nature that these protected areas have to offer. The San Juan de Plan Interpretation Centre proposes a route to discover part of the Posets Maladeta Natural Park. The route, led by an environmental educator, starts from the town of Plan to the Ibón waterfall turnoff.
Along the route there will be an environmental interpretation of the area, dealing with the most important and relevant aspects that can be found in this area: glacial and fluvial modelling, geological singularities of the Plan de Chesta, origin and threats of the ibones, mixed forests and riverside ecosystems or birds present in the different ecosystems. We will also learn about the origin of the Natural Park and its main characteristics.
