REGRESO AL BARRANCO DE FORNOCAL, DONDE EL PAISAJE HABLA Y CANTA
on motivo del Día Europeo de los Parques 2024, la Red Natural de Aragón organiza diversos recorridos guiados para descubrir la fascinante naturaleza que albergan estas áreas protegidas. Desde el Centro de Interpretación de Bierge nos proponen un recorrido por el barranco de Fornocal, en el Parque Natural de la Sierra y Cañones de Guara y Parque Cultural del río Vero.
Una fascinante actividad en la que a través de un recorrido sin dificultad por la naturaleza alcanzaremos el excepcional abrigo con arte rupestre de Muriecho donde se conserva uno de los mejores conjuntos de pintura levantina de España.
Pero sin duda, el protagonista de todo el recorrido es el río Fornocal, afluente del Vero, y es que durante gran parte de la ruta podremos disfrutar de un magnífico paisaje. Así como de aves rapaces como buitres, alimoches o quebrantahuesos y diversos bosques. Un paisaje de barrancos, cañones, bosques y tradiciones que no te puedes perder.

n the occasion of the European Day of Parks 2024, the Natural Network of Aragon organises several guided tours to discover the fascinating nature of these protected areas. From the Interpretation Centre of Bierge they propose a route through the Fornocal ravine, in the Natural Park of the Sierra and Canyons of Guara and Cultural Park of the river Vero.
A fascinating activity in which, through an easy route through nature, we will reach the exceptional rock art shelter of Muriecho, where one of the best sets of Levantine paintings in Spain is preserved.
But undoubtedly, the protagonist of the whole route is the river Fornocal, a tributary of the Vero, and during a large part of the route we will be able to enjoy a magnificent landscape. As well as birds of prey such as vultures, Egyptian vultures or bearded vultures and various forests. A landscape of ravines, canyons, forests and traditions that you cannot miss.
